Welcome to Shakuntla Hospital and College of Nursing

Shakuntla Hospital came into being with the efforts and blessing of Late Mrs.Shakuntla Rani and Dr.J Raj Dhami Chairperson.

Dr.Dhami laid the first milestone on 1^st May 1987 in the form of a clinic which gradually progressed to maternity home in 1989 and then Nursing home in 1990. It was slow progressive establishment form 10 bed to present to 50 bedded Hospital. Now it caters many government and private panel.

The facilities also enhanced to present day to modern equipped operation theater ICU, NICU and dialysis center. We have developed a in house laboratory as well which offers numerous lab tests and radiological services like X-ray and ultrasound, Meanwhile paralleling there was a dream to give qualified nurses to the society. So keeping in this mind there was birth of Nursing Institute.

Than what would stop its growth and development the journey was well accomplished with the immense support of chairman sir and tirelessly working team behind which included Dr. Dinesh , Dr.Parmit, Mr. Satish, Hospital Staff and very supportive teachers. This journey is progressive with great development plan. I am very pleased and honored to release the school magazine “UDHBHAV” through which the students and staff literary and artistic talents have been showcased. It is the display of event and journey through out the past few years.

Lastly I congratulates the editorial board teacher and dear student. Wish everyone grand success and good health.
